Transfer

How to transfer to NSU from another university: process and eligibility.

66

Students studying at another higher-education institution may transfer to NSU under the established procedure. Transfers usually take place during the inter-semester period before the academic year begins.

A transfer decision is based on the compatibility of the student's completed subjects and credits (academic difference) and on the availability of vacant places. The process and main conditions are outlined below.

Transfer process

  1. 1

    Submit an application

Submit a transfer application addressed to the NSU rector together with your academic transcript.

  2. 2

    Determine the academic difference

A commission compares completed subjects and credits and determines the academic difference.

  3. 3

    Decision and enrolment

If approved, the student is enrolled in the relevant year and given a deadline to clear the academic difference.
